At Yellow World, all our products are delivered at the lowest cost possible for all our customers, no matter where you are located. Each product is individually priced to package and ship. We have a minimum packaging and shipping charge of £8.50 per item, with lower rates available if multiple items are posted at the same time in the same package. If your posting charge is more than £8.50, we will let you know the cost of posting your item(s) before it is posted.
We post all our UK Mainland orders by Royal Mail First Class post.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Order processing can take up to 5 working days, shipping time is an estimate following this.
For customers outside of the UK, please contact us for delivery costs and arrangements for payments.
Orders are processed from London Uk and we aim to process all orders the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
If you have ordered an item that is made to order we will notify you via email or telephone with more information regarding the shipping of your order.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number when the order has been dispatched.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, you have up to 7 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order (other than in respect of jewellery made to your specification (pre-order and made to order) or any headwear, earrings or objects).
If your product is damaged in any way when you receive it, then please get in contact within 14 days - we will be happy to arrange to replace your damaged item.
We take great care to ensure your order is packed correctly. However, if anything is missing please get in contact within 14 days of purchase.

To cancel your order you may email email@example.com and we will reply with instructions on returning your goods. Yellow World does not cover the postage cost of returning goods except in the case where the wrong product is supplied or in case of faulty/damaged goods being supplied.
