Returns, Refunds & Order Cancellations
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, you have up to 7 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order (other than in respect of jewellery made to your specification (pre-order and made to order) or any headwear, earrings or objects).
If your product is damaged in any way when you receive it, then please accept our apologies and get in contact within 14 days - we will be happy to either arrange to replace your damaged item or arrange a refund upon its return.
We take great care to ensure your order is packed correctly. However, if anything is missing please get in contact within 14 days of purchase.

To cancel your order you may email and we will reply with instructions on returning your goods. Yellow World does not cover the postage cost of returning goods except in the case where the wrong product is supplied or in case of faulty/damaged goods being supplied.
